According to glavcom.ua: Special operations against Russian oil extraction platforms continue. Long-range drones of the 'Alpha' Special Operations Center of the Security Service have struck oil extraction platforms on the shelf of the Caspian Sea, belonging to Russian companies, for the third time. The latest operation resulted in damage to the drilling rig at the 'Rakushechne' field named after Valeriy Hraifer, which belongs to the 'Lukoil' company. The SBU continues to reduce oil dollar revenues to the Russian war budget by attacking facilities that finance aggression against Ukraine.

In the new operation, the SBU also successfully struck the 'shadow fleet' of the Russian Federation in the Mediterranean Sea and a Russian submarine of the 'Varshavyanka' class in the port of Novorossiysk. For the first time in history, underwater drones were used to strike enemy submarines. The actions of the Security Service of Ukraine are aimed at protecting national interests and the security of the country from external aggression.
