According to ХВИЛЯ: Ukraine's Security Service (SBU), in coordination with the Defense Forces, carried out a successful operation that struck the Kirishinefteorgsintez oil refinery and the Kirishi oil pumping station in Russia's Leningrad region. This refinery ranks among the top three largest in Russia, making it a key asset for the aggressor country.

The operation was executed by the Alpha unit, working alongside the Special Operations Forces and the Unmanned Systems Forces. Intelligence confirms that drones hit three atmospheric-vacuum distillation units responsible for primary oil processing at the plant.
