Since the early days of the war, Ukrainian soldier Denys bravely stood to defend his country, fighting against the occupiers.
In the summer of 2022, while carrying out a combat mission, his unit came under mortar fire. As a result, Denys sustained serious injuries.
After a lengthy rehabilitation, the warrior made a choice – to continue the fight. Denys returned to military service and now works in the police of Chernivtsi, as well as shares his experience with younger generations.

Denys Stratiichuk is a true hero who not only endured the trials of war but also continues to serve his people by participating in maintaining law and order in peaceful territory.
