According to Мін. Оборони: Ukraine's defense forces executed two phases of Operation 'Ashan', successfully striking a total of 1,180 hostile targets. In May 2025, 949 targets were neutralized over a three-day period. This prompted the enemy to pull its equipment back from the front line, a clear sign of the operation's effectiveness.

Second Phase of the Operation

The second phase took place in June 2026, during which 231 targets were hit, 171 of them destroyed. For this stage, a new munition was developed, allowing forces to focus primarily on enemy artillery-the main objective of this phase.
