According to Мін. Оборони: Ukrainian defense forces have struck the Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat oil refinery located in the city of Salavat, Republic of Bashkortostan. This facility was the last large-scale gasoline producer in Russia that had not been targeted in 2026.
