Strikes on military infrastructure

According to Мін. Оборони: In July, the Ukrainian Armed Forces struck at military infrastructure in the enemy's rear. During the month, at least:

  • 14 bridges and crossings
  • 9 air defense and EW facilities
  • over 10 drone control points

Among the important targets of the attack were 7 combat aircraft, including Su-30, Su-30SM, and Su-24.

Hit facilities

In particular, railway and road bridges, as well as pontoon crossings were hit. Strikes were made on S-400, Buk, and Pantsir-S2 air defense systems, as well as radar stations and EW systems. Drone control points, training and launching bases for drones were hit. At the Saky airfield, aircraft were destroyed, and at the Hvardiiske airfield, hangars with Shaheds were hit. Oil facilities, a fuel train, ammunition warehouses, and material support facilities were also affected.

These military actions indicate an intensification of Ukraine's efforts to destroy the enemy's logistics routes and military infrastructure, which could significantly affect the enemy's ability to support its forces on the front. Damage to critical facilities such as bridges and airfields could complicate the supply of resources and maneuvers of Russian forces, which in turn could change the course of the conflict.

The recent offensive actions by the Ukrainian Armed Forces highlight a strategic shift in targeting enemy logistics and infrastructure. This is not the first time Kyiv's forces have focused on critical assets; previous overnight raids also disrupted key bridges and security posts, demonstrating a concerted effort to undermine Russian operations and supply lines.
