According to glavcom.ua: Adverse weather conditions are occurring in the western regions of Ukraine, as reported by the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center. A Level II danger has been declared due to hazardous weather conditions.

Significant rains and thunderstorms are forecasted in Volyn, Rivne, Khmelnytsky, Zhytomyr, and Vinnytsia regions with a yellow warning, as well as heavy rains in Zakarpattia, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, and Ternopil regions with an orange warning.

As a result of prolonged heavy rains, flooding has occurred in Lviv and its surroundings. Some streets have become impassable for vehicles, leading to complications in traffic.

The patrol police of Lviv region have urged drivers to be cautious on the road due to deteriorating weather conditions. In Lutsk, there were also problems with street flooding due to the heavy rain, which halted vehicle and trolleybus movement.

The western regions of Ukraine are suffering from deteriorating weather conditions, leading to negative consequences for residents and transport.
