According to ХВИЛЯ: The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center has issued its forecast for Monday, August 11. Most of Ukraine will see warm, mostly dry conditions with partly cloudy skies. During the day, brief showers and thunderstorms are expected in some places across the western and northern regions. Overnight lows will range from 13 to 18 degrees Celsius, reaching up to 22 degrees in the south. Daytime highs are set to fall between 26 and 31 degrees.
Kyiv and Kyiv region forecast
Winds across Ukraine will mostly blow from the southwest at 7 to 12 meters per second, and no precipitation is expected in the rest of the country. For Kyiv and its region, the night should remain dry, while a short rain and thunderstorm may develop in spots during the day. Temperatures in Kyiv region will be 13 to 18 degrees at night and 26 to 31 degrees in the daytime. In the city of Kyiv itself, the mercury will stay at 16 to 18 degrees overnight and range from 28 to 30 degrees during the day.
