According to ХВИЛЯ: Ukrainians who violated military registration rules over a year ago have the opportunity to cancel these violations if the terms of administrative responsibility have already expired. According to current legislation, individuals who fall under these conditions can exercise their right to cancellation.

To cancel the violation, the conscript must send a registered letter to the territorial center for recruitment and social support (TCK). It is important to note that the deadlines for bringing to administrative responsibility are one year. If a fine was not imposed during this period, it cannot be imposed later.

Vladislav Deriy notes that current legislation allows for remote cancellation of violations if they are over a year old.

However, in practice, this mechanism, according to Yuriy Ayvazyan, often fails. Due to this, for a successful cancellation of the violation, it is necessary to have documents confirming the age of the event.
