According to hvylya.net: The State Employment Service has released a new clever tool for job searching using artificial intelligence. Now on the website www.dcz.gov.ua/aijob you can use a digital assistant to find job vacancies.
This innovative tool allows not only quick and convenient filtering of vacancies by various criteria but also analyzes the user's resume and suggests the most suitable job offers. An important advantage of this service is its confidentiality and independence from global platforms.
'The digital assistant provides the user with full control over their personal information, as well as stable operation without reliance on external servers and flexible adjustments for the Ukrainian labor market,' the State Employment Service explained.
This new tool is currently operating in test mode, but it can already be very useful for everyone looking for a job in the Ukrainian labor market.
