According to Главком: Authorities are examining all circumstances surrounding the death of a man at the Ternopil Regional Military Enlistment and Social Support Center. Serhiy Zyubanenko, head of the National Police Main Directorate in Ternopil Oblast, confirmed that a video fragment of the incident has been released.
