Army+: how commanders manage units instead of papers

In the 95th separate airborne assault Polissya brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, an innovative system called Army+ is actively used, which allows commanders to effectively manage their units. According to the paratroopers, thanks to this system, commanders can devote more time to directly managing the military unit, rather than spending time on paperwork.

Now submitting reports takes only 5 minutes, and each serviceman can track all stages of document approval in real-time. If a report is approved or rejected, it is immediately reflected in the application along with an indication of what needs to be corrected.

Army+ allows for improved leadership efficiency and optimizes workflow, providing faster and more accurate decision-making in the management of military units.
