According to ДСНС: A miracle happened in Ternopil: a man was rescued after the debris of one of the nine-story buildings was cleared. During the 'wave of silence', rescuers heard cries for help, finding the man trapped between concrete structures. The man was alive and was saved by the rescuers.
Rescuer Denis Karpenko talked about how the rescue operation went, during which the incident person was rescued from the rubble. Thanks to quick reactions and professionalism, it was possible to get the man out from under the rubble unscathed and suffering for an unknown amount of time.
