Meeting of the Coalition of Willing in Paris
According to Главком: U.S. Special Envoy Steve Witkoff and Donald Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner will head to Paris for a meeting of the Coalition of Willing organized by French President Emmanuel Macron and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer. The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, January 6. The main goal of this summit is to determine the contributions of states to the security guarantees system for Ukraine.
Priorities of the Meeting
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that during the meeting of leaders in Paris, the priority task will be to finalize the document regarding security guarantees. According to Zelensky, Ukraine and the USA have reached the final stage of preparing a joint settlement plan that is already 90% agreed upon.
Moreover, Kyiv is currently working on two scenarios:
- diplomacy
- active defense
These issues will be important topics for discussion during the summit in Paris, where participants will discuss possible mechanisms to support Ukraine in the face of growing security challenges.
