According to Мінцифра: The government has made an important decision regarding cooperation between communication operators, local communities, and communal enterprises in emergency situations. Now, communities can assist operators in ensuring the stable operation of base stations during blackouts, receiving appropriate compensation for their efforts.
How Communities Will Support Communication Operators:
- they will provide power to base stations from their own generators;
- they will promptly service the generators if the operator companies encounter technical maintenance issues;
- they will offer sites for placing generators on communal facilities without complications in formalizing the process.

New mechanisms for cooperation between authorities, operators, and communities are being introduced in Ukraine to ensure reliable communication in emergency situations. This is a step forward in creating a resilient and effective communication environment in the country.
