The property of Yan Tabachnik was divided between his sons

After the death of former people's deputy and musician Yan Tabachnik, all his property was divided between his two sons Pavel and Mikhail. This happened in 2024. «Yan Petrovich's last will was as follows: to divide the accumulated inheritance between sons Mikhail and Pavel. The relevant documents were prepared. For their part, the sons, upon inheriting, asked me to manage the family property since they are not in Ukraine. Their decision remains unchanged to this day», – said the wife of the late musician, people's artist, popular singer Tatyana Nedel'skaya.

What was divided between the sons

• a group of non-residential premises with a total area of 318.90 sq. m;
• a white Hummer car;
• a residential house with a total area of 882.9 sq. m in Kozin in Kyiv region with two land plots;
• a summer house with a total area of 682.1 sq. m in Transcarpathia with two land plots;
• cash savings.

In a conversation with 'Glavcom', Tatyana Nedel'skaya assured: every hryvnia invested in real estate in Kozin and Transcarpathia is taxed.

«For many years Yan Petrovich was a first-tier artist and earned no less than modern pop stars. At the same time, he personally helped low-income families and orphans by buying them housing. He also supported orphanages, specialized boarding schools, and young musicians», – emphasized Nedel'skaya.

After Yan Tabachnik's death, his property was divided among his sons, including real estate and cash savings. His wife confirmed that the heirs paid taxes on all inherited real estate.
