The second wave of Winter support: payments will be received by another 2.5 million Ukrainians

The winter support has already started

According to Міністерство соц. політики: According to Tetiana Kirienko, Deputy Minister of Social Policy, more than 2.5 million Ukrainians will receive assistance within the framework of the second wave of 'Winter support'. In the first wave, 1.8 million people have already received payments through Ukrposhta and 1.7 million users of Diia. A total of over 14 million applications have been submitted, and Ukrainians have already spent over 473 million UAH, mainly on utility services, medicines, books, and charity.

To receive assistance, one can use Diia or contact the Ukrposhta branch by December 24, 2025. One of the conditions is residence in Ukraine. The funds received can be spent on utility services, Ukrainian medicines, books, postal services, and charity, and soon on food products as well.
