Composition of the Ukrainian team at the World Championship in diving
The Ukrainian diving team will begin its journey at the World Championship 2025 in water sports on July 26. According to data published on the website of the international federation, 10 Ukrainian athletes will participate in this tournament in 12 different disciplines among women, men, and mixed tournaments.
In addition, Ukraine will be represented at the World Championship 2025 in diving by one athlete in high diving: Oleksiy Pryhorov will compete among men at a height of 27 meters, actively participating in this sport for the seventh time at the World Championship level.

Composition of the Ukrainian team in diving: what you need to know
At the moment, the entry list for the World Championship in water sports shows that among the contenders for awards, four-time World Championship medalists are Oleksiy Sreda, Kyrylo Bolyub, and Sofia Liskun, who have silver medals in their assets.
This competition will also feature four debutants of the World Championships in water sports: Ksenia Bochenkova, Diana Karnafel, Bohdan Chizhovskyi, and Mark Grytsenko.
Oleksiy Sreda has significant experience at this level, as he will participate in his fifth World Championship. Additionally, Kyrylo Bolyub, Ksenia Bailo, and Sofia Liskun will compete for the third time at tournaments of this rank.
The first stage of the World Championship in water sports already took place on July 11, starting with the first matches in water polo among women. The final stage of the tournament will be the medal competition among men in diving from the 10-meter platform on August 3.
