Elections after the end of martial law

According to hvylya.net: New elections in Ukraine will have to wait until martial law is lifted. This was stated by the Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ruslan Stefanchuk.

Stefanchuk emphasized that the parliament is already working on preparations for future elections to be ready for any challenges. Among them are voting for servicemen on the front lines, Ukrainians abroad, as well as the participation of foreign observers and financial support for the elections.

'There is a constitutional limitation - to hold on one day. But there are financial issues - it is better to hold one election or separately. There are a lot of questions we need to answer... We are working on this, but for now we are not activating the law, as any such decisions cause concern in society that the elections are already tomorrow,' - emphasized Stefanchuk.

Earlier, information appeared that some Ukrainians feel disappointed with the actions of President Zelensky.

After the end of martial law in Ukraine, elections will take place. The Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada emphasized that the parliament is preparing for future challenges, including issues of conducting elections under constitutional restrictions and financial support.
