According to Мін. Оборони: During the special period, businesses face fines between 34,000 and 59,500 UAH for breaches of military registration requirements. All legal entities employing conscripts, reservists, or those liable for military service must maintain accurate military records. Employers are required to verify military registration documents, keep records up to date, report new hires and terminations to the local recruitment and social support centers, and conduct regular reconciliations of personnel data.

Who is Held Accountable?

Liability for failing to comply with military registration rules depends on the nature of the violation. If there is a complete lack of organized military recordkeeping, the company’s head is held responsible. When records exist but contain errors, the designated official in charge faces penalties. The size of the fine depends on the number of administrative cases opened, not the number of infractions found. Multiple violations discovered during a single inspection, considered under one case, result in a single fine.
