The government has created a working group on defense procurement reform: what will change

According to Мін. Економіки: The government of Ukraine has created an Interagency Working Group to improve legislation on defense procurement. This decision is aimed at facilitating cooperation between various government bodies to enhance procurement processes and address issues arising in this field.

The group will consist of representatives from different state agencies and enterprises. The group will function as a temporary advisory body, collaborating with the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Economy, and other structures to improve legislation in this area.

The goal of the Interagency Working Group is to analyze legislation in the field of defense procurement with a focus on European standards and NATO recommendations. Additionally, the group plans to involve experts in developing optimal ways to enhance this sector.
