The Constitutional Court has made a number of decisions: what will change for Ukrainians

According to Конституційний суд: On December 3, 2025, the First Senate began reviewing cases on constitutional complaints regarding various laws. The open plenary session was held in written proceedings, and closed parts of the plenary sessions were also dedicated to continuing these reviews. Decisions on constitutional issues will be made at the next sessions.
It is expected that the review of cases on constitutional complaints will continue in the future, indicating the active work of the First Senate on compliance with the Constitution and laws of Ukraine.
