The Constitutional Court refused to review complaints on key procedural norms
According to Конституційний суд: The court made a decision in the case regarding the constitutional submission. On December 4, 2025, the Grand Chamber continued to consider the issue of the constitutionality of the first part of Article 233 of the Labor Code of Ukraine. The court decided to continue the discussion at future sessions.
The Third Panel of Judges of the Second Senate
During the session, the court made a decision to refuse to open constitutional proceedings in cases of constitutional complaints. The court rejected the constitutional complaint of Oleksandr Petrovych Tsyhanyenko against several articles of the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine and the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.
The court decided in the case of the constitutional submission and constitutional complaints to issue a decision to continue the case and refuse to open constitutional proceedings. Currently, both cases have moved to the next stages of procedural consideration in accordance with established rules and procedures.
