According to Конституційний суд: The judges decided to postpone the stunning case of Vovk Pavlo Vyacheslavovych to a later date. Why? The answer is one: a constitutional complaint. All details are on the Court's website!
- The First Senate considered the issue regarding the constitutional complaint of Vovk P.V. on December 10 of this year.
- However, after the subject of the right to complain did not appear at the meeting without a valid reason, the court decided to postpone the consideration of the case to a later time.
