According to ДСНС: Russian forces launched strikes on communities in Ukraine's Sumy region during the night of June 5–6. In the town of Khutir-Mykhailivskyi, the attack killed one person and sparked a fire in a multi-story residential building. Meanwhile, in Trostianets, a non-residential structure was hit, leaving one person injured.
Additional strikes were reported in Hlukhiv, where a blaze broke out in a garage complex, and a hostile drone struck again near a firefighting vehicle. In the Shostka community, shelling ignited a fire that spread across a private residence. Firefighters managed to extinguish all the blazes.
