According to Главком: Ukraine’s public broadcaster, Suspilne, has revealed the commentators for Eurovision 2026. The first semi-final will feature Timur Miroshnychenko alongside stand-up comedian and volunteer Vasyl Baidak. For the second semi-final, singer and music producer Svitlana Tarabarova will take the commentator role, while rapper alyona alyona-who previously commented on the contest last year-will handle the grand final. All three stages of the competition will be broadcast on the Suspilne Kultura TV channel, Radio Promin, and digital platforms.

Commentator Backgrounds

Timur Miroshnychenko remains the steady voice of Eurovision commentary, with a new co-commentator joining him for each of the three shows. According to Suspilne, the first semi-final marks

“his legendary return to commentary after experiences in previous years.”

Vasyl Baidak promises to

“squeeze sharp jokes even into the brief three-second pauses between performances.”

For the second semi-final, Svitlana Tarabarova will step in, whom Miroshnychenko described as

“the only person who can talk as fast as I can, giving viewers twice as much interesting information during the dynamic final.”

The final will see alyona alyona join the team, bringing her prior commentary experience.

All three competition broadcasts will start at 10:00 PM Kyiv time. Live coverage will air on Suspilne Kultura with sign language interpretation. The radio feed will be available on Radio Promin, while digital viewers can watch on the Suspilne Kultura and Suspilne Eurovision websites, as well as the Eurovision Ukraine YouTube channel. A special pre-show will air before each event-starting at 9:30 PM (9:00 PM for the final)-with Vasyl Baidak, Svitlana Tarabarova, and alyona alyona serving as co-hosts.

Ukraine’s representative, Leleka, is scheduled to perform in the second semi-final.
