The government has ratified an agreement on cooperation with Switzerland in the process of restoring Ukraine. The document was signed during the 'Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025' in Rome. The Swiss government plans to allocate 5 billion francs by 2036 for the recovery of Ukraine.

The agreement provides for Switzerland to offer non-repayable financial and technical assistance for the purchase of goods and services from Swiss companies for recovery projects.

The implementation of this agreement will contribute to the recovery and help strengthen the sectors of energy, transport, machinery, construction, and others. Assistance will be provided until 2036 and will be monitored by the Swiss Parliament.

This cooperation is of great importance for Ukraine as it will help address issues and promote the country's recovery in various fields, as well as provide jobs and professional training for Ukrainian specialists.
