According to Главком: Russia could move to completely block the Telegram messaging service as early as April 1st. This information was reported by 'Glavkom', citing Russian media sources. It is noted that the Russian communications regulator, Roskomnadzor, began imposing partial restrictions on Telegram's operations within the country on February 10th of this year. However, as of now, there has been no official confirmation of a total ban commencing on April 1st.
