Rocket strike on Ternopil: the number of dead has risen to 28

According to ДСНС: In Ternopil, rescuers carried out a heroic operation: they freed the body of a deceased individual from the rubble. This event occurred during rescue operations as part of an emergency situation.
According to information, the number of dead as a result of the rocket strike has risen to 28 people, including 3 children. 94 people have been injured. Additionally, 16 individuals are considered missing.
As a result of the actions of the rescuers, another person was saved, but the deceased individual became yet another victim of this tragedy.
