The Construction Market of Ukraine in 2025 remains active despite the war and economic risks. The largest developers are increasing the volumes of housing put into operation, maintaining billion-dollar turnovers, and focusing on the restoration and development of cities. Industry leaders include Intergal-Bud, CAN Development, and Stolytsia Group. This is reported by “Engage”.

Top 10 Construction Companies in Ukraine in 2025

According to industry ratings and financial data, the largest developers generate billion-dollar revenues, create jobs, and introduce tens of thousands of apartments each year. The top ten market leaders in 2025 include:

  1. Intergal-Bud;

  2. CAN Development;

  3. Stolytsia Group;

  4. RIEL;

  5. MOLODIST;

  6. Kyivmiskbud;

  7. Budova;

  8. Synergia;

  9. Invest-Group;

  10. Alliance Novobud.

Major projects are being implemented in Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, and other regions with heightened demand for housing. Companies increasingly integrate energy-efficient solutions and complex infrastructure.

Construction Companies in Ukraine: Market Trends

According to industry analysts, since 2023, market leaders have introduced over 100,000 apartments. About 80% of the projects are focused on the development of already existing residential complexes, while the rest pertains to the launch of new ones. At the same time, developers face challenges, including rising construction material costs, logistical difficulties, and increased construction costs.

Despite this, the industry remains one of the drivers of the economy and reconstruction of the country, while the largest companies shape the modern appearance of Ukrainian cities and set standards for housing development in crisis conditions.
