Top 5 audit companies in Ukraine 2026

Five international auditing networks topped the Ukrainian market in terms of revenue from specialized services. For the second year in a row, PwC Ukraine retained the first place, earning nearly 473 million UAH from auditing. This is reported by Mind citing the ranking of the Agency for Visual Communications Top Lead.

The market for auditing services in Ukraine has been growing by about 20% annually in recent years. The combined revenue of the ranking companies reached 3.892 billion UAH in 2025, compared to 3.3 billion UAH the previous year.

The ten largest participants account for 88% of the total market revenue. This indicates a high concentration of orders among the leading international auditing and consulting networks.

1. PwC Ukraine retained the first place in the Auditors ranking

PwC Ukraine has led the market for the second year in a row. The company's total revenue amounted to 631.4 million UAH, of which 472.8 million UAH was from auditing. Both figures were the highest among the ranking participants and confirmed the significant gap between the company and its competitors.

2. KPMG Ukraine took second place in audit revenue

KPMG Ukraine earned 412.5 million UAH from auditing services. This is the second result in Ukraine after PwC. The company's strong position is in specialized auditing: in this indicator, it surpassed Deloitte, which took second place only in terms of total revenue from all areas of work.

3. EY in Ukraine entered the top three market leaders

EY in Ukraine ranked third with revenue from auditing services of 396.7 million UAH. The company fell short of KPMG by only 15.8 million UAH, indicating fierce competition between the second and third participants in the ranking.

4. Baker Tilly Ukraine secured a position in the top five

Baker Tilly Ukraine received 308.6 million UAH from auditing activities. The company took fourth place and became the only representative in the top five that does not belong to the so-called 'Big Four' international auditing networks.

5. Deloitte Ukraine ranked fifth in auditing services

Deloitte Ukraine closed the list of the top five largest auditing companies. At the same time, it ranked second in total revenue with a figure of 512.5 million UAH. This demonstrates the significant role of other consulting areas in its business structure.

The ranking also showed that a high combined revenue does not always mean leadership in auditing. For example, EBS, with a revenue of 362.3 million UAH, ranked fifth in total services but only twentieth in audit revenue.
