Top 5 Medical Laboratories in Ukraine in 2026

The Ukrainian laboratory diagnostics market in 2026 is led by Synevo, 'DILA', 'Smartlab', CSD LAB, and 'Esculab'. The Ukrainian Business Award ranking considers the scale of networks, digital metrics, customer experience, reputation, and jury evaluations. This is mentioned in a study by the Ukrainian Business Award.

1. Synevo: The largest laboratory network in Ukraine

Synevo ranked first with 100 points in the aggregated ranking. The network has 362 branches, offers 1250 types of tests, and demonstrates the highest recognition: 549 thousand search queries and 1.649 million website visits per month. The jury rated the laboratory at 9.8 points, while the customer experience received the maximum of 10 points.

2. 'DILA': A wide network and stable digital metrics

'DILA' ranked second with a result of 76.2% of the leader's score. The laboratory has been operating in the market for 28 years, has 276 branches, and offers 1295 types of tests. In the ranking, it received 10 points for digital efficiency, 9 points for customer experience, and 992,958 website visits per month.

3. 'Smartlab': The largest selection of laboratory tests

'Smartlab' came third in the ranking, scoring 50.2% of Synevo's result. Its key feature is the widest range in the top ten: 1510 types of tests. The network has 146 branches, 54 certifications, and has been operating in Ukraine for 17 years. According to the jury's evaluation, the company received 9 points.

4. CSD LAB: A combination of scale and rapid development

CSD LAB ranked fourth with a score of 41.1%. The network consists of 185 branches and offers 1186 types of tests. The study noted its growth rate at 0.6, one of the highest in the ranking, as well as the maximum of 10 points for digital efficiency. The jury's rating is 8.8 points.

5. 'Esculab': The leader in growth rates

'Esculab' closes the top five with a score of 40.7% of the winner's points. The company has 175 branches and has been operating in the market for 17 years. Its strongest indicator is a growth rate of 0.66, the highest among all ranking participants. For its activity on social media, the laboratory received 8 points, while the jury rated it at 8.8 points.
