Top 5 Best Employers in Ukraine in 2026

Forbes Ukraine together with robota.ua published the annual ranking of the 50 best employers in Ukraine. This year's research became the largest in the history of the project: experts analyzed over 54,500 employee surveys from nearly 370 companies, with assessments conducted according to more than 30 criteria. The highest positions in the ranking were taken by representatives of the IT sector and international business.

The Ukrainian product IT company Genesis topped the ranking of employers for 2026.
