According to glavcom.ua: U.S. President Donald Trump has turned to a new architect for assistance in realizing his ballroom project at the White House. The previous chief designer remains in a consulting role, serving as an advisor for the new high-profile project. The architectural firm Shalom Baranes Associates from Washington will be responsible for developing the design of the hall, which will be rebuilt on the site of the demolished East Wing of the White House, costing $300 million. James McCreary, who previously led the project, is transitioning to a consulting position, while the new architect Shalom brings his experience and talent to complete this project. This observation suggests that all is not going smoothly with the ballroom project and emergency measures are being taken to rectify the situation.

Although the White House has not clarified the reason for the architect's replacement, it is known that the project's cost estimates have risen to $350 million. The ongoing demolition of the East Wing, which once housed the first lady's office, has also raised concerns about a potential conflict of interest for the president. Meanwhile, public reaction to the renovation and reconstruction of the White House remains mixed, as expansion plans have sparked considerable controversy.

The change of architect and adjustments to the White House ballroom project indicate the complexities and risks associated with such high-profile and prestigious projects. The publication of additional costs and changes in the project's executive team may suggest that not everything is going according to plan and that additional efforts are needed for the successful completion of the project.
