VAKS has remanded the Deputy Head of Energoatom in custody: case details

According to САП: The Appeals Chamber of VAKS upheld the decision to keep in custody or to set bail in the amount of 4 million hryvnias for the Deputy Head of the state enterprise. This decision was made on November 14, 2025, at the request of the SAP prosecutor.

According to Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is considered innocent of committing a crime and cannot be subjected to criminal punishment until their guilt is proven in accordance with the law and established by a guilty verdict of the court.
The Appeals Chamber of VAKS confirmed the decision to keep the suspect in custody or to set bail for the person accused of committing a crime. The case continues to be heard, and so far the person is presumed innocent.
