These high-stakes discussions, focused on pressing security and cooperation issues, are scheduled to continue on February 5. A significant bilateral meeting between the Ukrainian and American delegations was a key feature of the day's agenda.

Ukraine's delegation was led by Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, Rustem Umerov. His team included:
