Вітчизняна оборонна промисловість досягла нових висот, постачаючи сучасну техніку для потреб армії.

According to Мін. Оборони: The Ukrainian defense industry (UkrOboronProm) is actively developing. In recent years, its capacities have increased from $1 billion to $35 billion, and the number of enterprises engaged in weapons manufacturing has risen to 900, most of which are private.

An innovative ecosystem is forming around the defense industry, with over two thousand teams working to develop new technologies and solutions for the army. Additionally, Ukraine has increased the production of ammunition and missile weapons.

“It is important for us that the Fund views the defense industry not only as a military necessity but as a key element of economic development and post-war recovery. The Ukrainian industry has become a symbol of our resilience and ability to create innovations under the pressure of the largest war in Europe since World War II”

This growth in the defense industry emphasizes our capacity for innovation and resilience in weapon production, not just the needs of war. It is an important element of the country's development and recovery after the conflict. This was stated by the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Anna Gvozdiyar during a meeting with an IMF mission led by Gavin Gray.
