According to Кабмін: Teachers in Ukraine are scheduled to receive two separate pay rises in 2026. The first increase of 30% will take effect on January 1st. This rise will be in addition to the existing monthly supplements that educators continue to receive:

• 2,000 UAH for all teachers;
• 4,000 UAH for educators working in frontline communities.
