According to НАЗК: In March 2018, the technical support team for the Declaration Registry received a staggering 243,793 emails amid the declaration submission period. This surge represented an unprecedented strain on the electronic declaration system as hundreds of thousands of users navigated the new platform simultaneously.
Experts from the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) worked around the clock to promptly address the technical challenges faced by users. Notably, one declarant sent as many as 534 emails in a single day. These user inquiries provided essential feedback that helped the NACP improve both the Registry and its related services.
