According to Главком: Yuliia Pavliuk, a member of the Vinnytsia City Council and head of the Central Regional Center of the Coordination Headquarters for Prisoner of War Affairs, has reported being involved in a serious road accident. Her minibus, which also carried a child, was struck by a 45-ton truck. Although everyone inside survived, the vehicle was completely destroyed.

Pavliuk shared details of the incident on her Facebook page, emphasizing:

'We are all alive! I am grateful to my family and close ones for their support. I thank the medical staff and police. I am thankful to the people who were there for me and my child in that moment. We are recovering-everything will be fine! Human life is the greatest value.' Yuliia Pavliuk

She also noted that the damaged minibus had previously been used to welcome Ukrainian soldiers freed from Russian captivity. 'We no longer have the bus that greeted all our Heroes. Today, it too became a Hero. It took the impact of a 45-ton truck that hit us from behind. Thank God, the most important thing is that everyone is alive,' Pavliuk added.

This incident follows a similar tragedy on July 4 on the Odesa-Melitopol-Novozovsk highway between the villages of Krasne and Nechaiane, where a road accident claimed 12 lives. Meanwhile, in Bila Tserkva, police are looking into a hit-and-run involving a pedestrian. Reflecting on her own experience, Pavliuk stated:
