A new feature for drivers has been launched in 'Diia': Fedorov shows how it works

More than a thousand Ukrainian drivers have already used the new digital service launched in the 'Diia' mobile application. This information was reported by Mykhailo Fedorov, the Minister of Digital Transformation, on social media on July 8, 2025.

We have the first results of the work a week after the service was launched. More than 1,000 Ukrainians have replaced their vehicle registration documents in 'Diia'. Fast, convenient, and without queues.

To use the digital service, you need to go to the 'Services' section in the app and select 'For Drivers', then 'Replacement of Vehicle Registration Document'. After that, you need to sign the electronic application and choose the delivery method for the ready document - either through a Ukrainian postal office or courier delivery.

Conditions for replacing the vehicle registration document through 'Diia'

To replace the vehicle registration document through 'Diia', you need to authorize in the app, have a tax number (RНОКПП) in the system, upload a biometric document (passport or ID card), and also be the owner of the vehicle with a registration certificate in electronic format.
