A new section for veterans has appeared in 'Diia': a list of services
It contains services for veterans. This was reported by 'Glavkom' referring to the press service of 'Diia'.
A new section 'Veteran PRO' has appeared in the 'Diia' application.
It is noted that the new section will become a digital space for the veteran community and their families. 'Main services in one section, convenient search for support specialists, news feed, simple structure, and absence of bureaucracy. Previously, services for veterans were scattered. They had to be searched manually - part of them on ministry portals, others in CNAPs or 'Diia'. Now everything is in the 'Diia' application,' the message said.
In 'Veteran PRO', it is possible to search for support specialists and demobilized individuals, as well as veteran sports - an application for compensation. At the same time, the section offers services with free transition to the 'Diia' portal: an application for subsidies and the status of a person with a disability due to the war. Also, 'eOselya' and 'eVostanovlennya' operate under preferential conditions for veterans.
The Cabinet of Ministers has made changes to the use of the 'Diia' portal.
The Cabinet of Ministers has made changes to the procedure for using the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services for the automation and digitalization of services. It is planned to create a separate section 'Veteran Pro' in 'Diia', where applications and requests for public services, obtaining necessary information about services, issuing relevant certificates and conducting surveys will appear.
The Ukrainian state continues to expand the official 'Diia' portal by adding new sections and functionality for user convenience. The appearance of the 'Veteran PRO' section is aimed at improving veterans' access to necessary informational and supportive services, making the assistance process more convenient and efficient. This is an important step in facilitating communication with government bodies and obtaining support for war participants and their families.
