In Dnipro, IDPs are once again receiving 10,800 UAH: what are the conditions for receiving
In March 2026, a new wave of cash assistance payments for internally displaced persons and other war-affected people started in Dnipro. The funds are provided by the UN Refugee Agency. This is reported by Novyny.LIVE.
IDP assistance in Dnipro: who is eligible for payments
Financial support is available only to certain categories of citizens affected by the war and residing in Dnipro.
Assistance can be received by:

migrants with status obtained in the last 6 months
-
Ukrainians who have returned from abroad.
Additional conditions:

no other payments in the last 3 months
-
income not exceeding 6,300 UAH per person.
You must also meet at least one vulnerability criterion:

single parents with children or dependents
-
people over 55 years old living alone
-
families with disabled persons or serious illnesses.
Payments of 10,800 UAH in Dnipro: how to receive the money
To apply for assistance, it is necessary to personally visit the data collection point. It operates at the following address:

Reception hours: from 09:30 to 16:00. Registration is conducted on a first-come, first-served basis, and once the limit is reached, the registration closes.
The amount of payment is 10,800 UAH per person. It is calculated as 3,600 UAH per month for three months and is paid in a single payment to a bank account.
The program aims to support the most vulnerable categories of the population. Such payments have been repeatedly launched in various regions of Ukraine since the beginning of the large-scale war.
