On May 14, public transport in Dnipro operates with changed routes due to large-scale repairs of tracks, drainage networks, and power supply works. Some trams were temporarily halted, and buses and trolleybuses were rerouted away from the city center. This is reported by "Vidomo".

Transport movement in Dnipro changed due to repairs on the right bank

The most changes affected the right bank part of the city. On Bohdan Khmelnytsky Avenue, repairs are ongoing at the intersection with Chornykh Zaporizhtsiv Street.

As a result, tram number 16 is temporarily not operating. Buses number 18, 55, and 151A have been diverted via Krasnopilskyi Street.

Also, the final stops of several routes have been changed:

  1. Bus number 85 ends its route near "Nova Poshta" at Chornykh Zaporizhtsiv Street, 2A.
  2. Route number 136A temporarily finishes near house number 123 on Bohdan Khmelnytsky Avenue.

On Volodymyra the Great Street, repairs of the drainage network are ongoing. As a result, trolleybuses number 2 and 12 operate as a combined route between the residential areas of Parys and Peremoga.

Trams and trolleybuses in Dnipro operate under special schemes

Some routes have been shortened to the "Most-City" area. This concerns trolleybuses number 7, 14, 17, 20, and bus number 38.

Buses number 23, 57A, and 88 temporarily stop at Uspenska Square. Routes number 120 and 121 operate on complex detour schemes through the central part of the city.

Additional restrictions are in effect from 09:00 to 18:00 due to the disconnection of the contact network near Science Avenue and Sevastopol Street.

During this time, tram number 1 operates on two separate schemes, while route number 5 has been shortened tovykonkivska Street. Trolleybus number 9 runs only to the Cosmic Square, and routes "A" and "B" go to Soborna Square without entering Science Avenue.

The city council reported that today, 210 units of electric transport and 491 buses are operating on Dnipro routes, among which 70 are of large capacity. The rest of the transport operates on a regular schedule.

For Dnipro residents, this means possible delays in movement and longer transfers in the central areas of the city. Passengers on the right bank and routes passing through Science Avenue and the center will feel the changes the most.

It is worth noting that an interactive public transport schedule has been implemented in Dnipro, which adjusts online depending on the situation on the routes. The updated system allows passengers to see only the transport that is actually on line, while all changes are displayed in real time.
