Speaker of the State Border Guard Service Andriy Demchenko shared information regarding the exit of Ukrainians aged 18-22 abroad. He stated that border guards have not observed a mass exit of boys from this age category since the border was opened.

Changes that came into effect in August did not lead to a significant increase in the exit of these individuals, Demchenko added. Young people cross the border both when leaving and returning to the country, but this does not constitute a large part of the passenger flow.

'Therefore, I will not provide figures. But this category of individuals does not cause a mass influx of passenger flows,' emphasized the representative of the State Border Guard Service.
