Deadly accident in Khmelnytskyi region: five killed in collision of two cars
According to glavcom.ua: Yesterday, August 9, a terrible accident occurred in the Khmelnytskyi region, resulting in the deaths of five people. The incident happened on the road 'Krasyliv - Teofipol' near the village of Yuzyno at 21:20. This was reported by the police of the Khmelnytskyi region.
According to preliminary data, two cars collided - a 'Denza N7' driven by a 47-year-old woman and a 'MG 350', whose driver was a 25-year-old man.
As a result of the accident, the driver of the 'MG 350' and four of his passengers (two men aged 37 and 50, and two women aged 37 and 25) died at the scene.
The police detained the driver of the 'Denza N7' and opened a criminal case under the article of the Criminal Code of Ukraine for violating traffic rules that led to the death of several people. An investigation into all circumstances of the tragedy is currently ongoing.
Mass accident on the Ring Road in Kyiv
In the morning of August 10, a mass accident occurred on the Ring Road in Kyiv involving several vehicles. Six vehicles collided, and there are injuries. The police and medical teams arrived at the scene, and details and the number of injured are being determined. Traffic in this area is blocked. The National Police has not yet provided any further information about the incident.
As a result of the terrible accident in Khmelnytskyi region, five people died, and the mass accident on the Ring Road in Kyiv involving six cars led to injuries.
