Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko provided this update via Telegram. The affected buildings are those requiring reconnection for a second time after assaults on the city's critical infrastructure on January 9 and January 20. The January 20 attack alone initially left 5,635 multi-story buildings without heat. Residents on the left bank have lost not only heating but also water supply.
