A repeat offender who raped a woman is on trial in Kyiv: what he faces

According to Прокуратура Київ: A man from Cherkasy will be sentenced for rape and robbery against women in Kyiv. The Dnipro District Prosecutor's Office has submitted an indictment against this man, who decided to entertain himself at the expense of women after being released from prison.

The crime occurred in the Dnipro district, where the accused took jewelry and money from a 20-year-old Kyiv woman, after which he committed violence and rape. He already had a criminal record for similar offenses in the past.

This man already had real experience in prison, where he served time for murder for mercenary motives, robbery, and banditry. After his release, he attacked women twice. The case is already being considered by the court, and in the meantime, the accused remains behind bars.
