Witnesses alerted emergency line 102, leading to the arrest of a 40-year-old man showing signs of intoxication on a nearby street. The suspect is a military serviceman classified as AWOL (absent without leave). He has been charged under Article 296, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (hooliganism), which carries a penalty of up to five years of restricted freedom.

The second incident took place in the village of Shevchenkove, Brovary district, where a domestic dispute between acquaintances ended in arson. A 25-year-old suspect set fire to the rear seats of a Nissan Kubistar using a flammable substance and a lighter.
The third case occurred in Kyiv's Desnianskyi district, where a 27-year-old intoxicated woman set two cars ablaze. The arsons happened on Ronald Reagan Street and Chervonoi Kalyny Avenue. Kyiv police have already notified the woman of suspicion regarding her involvement in these crimes.
