Kyiv Parks to Get 33 Water Spray Frames to Combat Summer Heat

According to Главком: Authorities in Kyiv have started installing 33 water spray frames in parks and squares across the capital, aiming to provide relief during the expected July heatwave. All ten districts of the city will receive these structures, with connections planned by the end of next week.
Where the Spray Frames Will Be Located
The frames will be placed at the following sites across Kyiv's districts:
- Holosiivskyi District: Maksym Rylskyi Park, square on Heroiv Mariupolia Street, Holosiivskyi Avenue near the district administration.
- Darnytskyi District: Pozniaky Park, square on Oleksandr Koshyts Street, Park of Internationalist Warriors, square at Vyshniakivska Street, 12.
- Desnianskyi District: Molodizhnyi, Festyvalnyi, and Desnianskyi parks, park along Roman Shukhevych Avenue, Viacheslav Veremii Square.
- Dniprovskyi District: Peremoha Park, Avrora Park, park on Yurii Shumskyi Street, park near Lake Telbin, Kusum Square on Almatynska Street.
- Obolonskyi District: Natalka Park.
- Pecherskyi District: Lesia Ukrainka Boulevard, Park of Eternal Glory.
- Podilskyi District: square on Shchekavytska Square, Kurenivskyi Park, Petro Sahaidachnyi Square.
- Sviatoshynskyi District: Sovky Park, Internatsionalnyi Park, Akademika Vernadskoho Boulevard.
- Solomianskyi District: Vidradnyi Park, Orliatko Park, Mykola Zerov Park, square of Athletes-Defenders of Ukraine.
- Shevchenkivskyi District: Khreshchatyk Street, Taras Shevchenko Park, Veselka Park, park on the slopes of Peizazhna Alley, square near the National Circus of Ukraine.
Starting Sunday, June 28, temperatures across Ukraine are expected to rise gradually. By the end of the week, nighttime lows will range from +15 to +22 degrees Celsius, while daytime highs will reach +27 to +34 degrees. The western regions will experience the most intense heat, with local temperatures climbing to +35 degrees. In eastern Ukraine, daytime maximums will be between +23 and +28 degrees.
